At MaxEx, Cristina's main role consists of managing social media accounts (Facebook & Instagram) for various clients. This includes creating original photo and video content, social media graphics, and promotional material. Within 4 months of account creation, Cristina reached over 1,000 Instagram followers organically for a new restaurant.

Cristina visits her clients on a monthly basis and takes high-quality photographs using a Canon EOS Rebel T7 DSLR camera. Additionally, Cristina designs engaging weekly newsletters for select clients using Constant Contact.

Throughout Cristina's position as an Alumni Relations Communications Intern at Manhattanville College, Cristina was responsible for managing the Manhattanville Alumni reunion webpages, as well as their Facebook and Instagram accounts. Cristina designed promotional graphics in Canva to be posted on their social media pages. Cristina created a new social media plan, giving a more branded look to the Instagram account, along with designing a promotion plan for the 2020 Manhattanville College Reunion. Cristina's responsibilities also included interviewing Manhattanville Alumni on a weekly basis in order to write engaging Alumni Spotlight Articles.

As an EdTech Assistant for Manhattanville College's Digital Innovations Team, Cristina assisted Manhattanville College faculty, staff and students in the use of various programs (Blackboard, Digication, Office 365, etc.) during walk-in meetings, scheduled appointments and class demonstrations. Cristina also designed creative promotional material for on-campus events.
